Middle school at Detroit Enterprise Academy ranges from grades 6 to 8. Students are part of an extensive academic program focused on preparing them for future success. The middle school curriculum consists of the core subjects of math, reading, language arts and science.

Middle school at Detroit Enterprise Academy is lead by a highly-qualified administrative staff, who works hard to structure a safe, quiet, and productive daily routine, helping each student receive the most out of their educational experience. There are ten classroom teachers in the middle school wing, each of whom possesses a personal passion and an immense knowledge in their specific subject area. Each day, middle school classes rotate amongst three teachers for instruction in core subjects. They also attend special courses daily, which help build themselves into well-rounded students. High moral character is expected from each student at Detroit Enterprise Academy, and is modeled by every teacher in the building. Middle school offers an array of extra-curricular programs to help students prepare for high school and college.

Middle School at Detroit Enterprise Academy is led by highly-qualified staff. The Middle School staff works hard to ensure a safe, quiet, and productive daily routine that will allow each student to receive the most out of their educational experience.

The sixth graders at Detroit Enterprise Academy exist in self-contained classrooms and receive instruction in all courses by one teacher. Seventh and eighth grade is departmentalized, which means that, students rotate through English/Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Students also attend specialized courses daily which help support both their academic and social needs. These array of courses are:
