“My name is Alissa Williams. I have 2 children at D.E.A. My oldest is in the 5th Grade and my youngest is a Kindergartner. We have been affiliated with D.E.A. from day one. The old African proverb “It takes a village to raise a child” is being displayed here everyday. Teachers take a hands on approach to education, often going above and beyond their duties. Any staff member can be seen at any time, assisting with lunch, dismissal or wherever they are needed. D.E.A. works as a team, co-operating with one another to make sure each child gets exactly what they need to succeed. Here at DEA, my children are learning all that they can!”
